Community Laughter Club Sessions

Community Laughter Clubs are generally held outdoors and participants come together for thirty minutes, usually on a weekly basis, Leaders are under the guidance of a trained Laughter Leader, who will have received from Laughter Clubs Victoria Inc, the authorised training from
Dr Kataria, Laughter Yoga International.  


Together we stretch and do some yogic breathing; share a variety of simulated laughing exercises; and break up each set of laughs with a clapping activity. The laughter exercises are both planned, spontaneous and you will find them uplifting, invigorating and joyful.
